ASPE can help you get the most out of your conference or Professional Development Day. We have experience organizing conferences and partnering with top trade associations in Agile, Business Analysis, Project Management,  DevOps, and SharePoint. Together we will help boost attendance, increase sponsorship, and create a community of your peers. Below are some outlined items of how we can work together.

ASPE Training Provides:
  • Conference facility acquisition and management
  • Registration site and attendee management
  • Pre-drafted options for themes, agendas and speaker topics
  • Sponsor management – Prospecting to day-of sponsor coordination
  • Marketing management including email marketing templates, schedule support and miscellaneous collateral
  • Day-of management – including speaker and sponsor management
  • Budgeting for pre and post event status
  • Assumption of ALL FINANCIAL RISK for the chapter, including but not limited to:
    • All payments required by venue (deposits and post event dues)
    • Ordering and payment for all marketing collateral (programs, bag inserts, etc.)
    • Speaker compensation (if required)
    • Onsite coordinator provided by ASPE
    • Raffle prizes and attendee giveaways
Your Organization will Provide:
  • Regional demographic knowledge
  • Advisement on potential speakers and sponsors
  • Direct marketing to your chapter database – marketing plan provided by ASPE
  • Day-of event volunteers
  • Additional details to be discussed during the planning period
