The first class in this series will teach the key communication skills, interaction techniques, and problem solving skills required to leverage your IT and business knowledge to effectively understand, document, and present the requirements that define a project's scope. This course consists of a series of 15 self-paced modules that will teach participants crucial skills to help them thrive in the BA domain.
 

Business Analyst Boot Camp (In-Person or Live-Online)

This course is designed to solidify the foundations of business analysis with full-spectrum training & skills development. Attendees will learn the critical thinking and analytical skills to attack root causes of project failure such as incomplete, poorly defined and/or changing requirements. By the end of this course, they will understand how to analyze the business environment, be able to define a problem using a systematic approach, and have the skills to influence and inform project stakeholders at all levels.
 

Developing Requirements with Use Cases (eLearning, In-Person or Live-Online)

It is well documented that the most common source of delays, cancellations and defects in systems development projects is a failure to understand the project requirements. The final course in this program will teach students to master the power of use cases for developing requirements, improving software quality, and solidifying the link between requirements and other aspects of system development.
