Exam Details

150 multiple choice questions (135 scored) over 3 hours proctored at Prometric testing facility

Exam questions based on A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 5th Edition

Required Education

Secondary degree (high school or equivalent)

Required Experience

1,500 hours of project experience

Required Training

23 hours of project management training

Recertification

Certification earned for 5 years. Upon expiration, PMI recommends pursuing other PMI certification. Or, recertify for CAPM by completing the same process you did initially.
