Jack has trained, mentored, coached and facilitated at some of the most well-known Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, Cisco, Barclays, AmerisourceBergen, ISO Verisk Analytics, and Walmart. Having trained over 1,000 people worldwide, Jack has also spoken publically at many events and user groups on various subjects including organizational change management, the Learning Organization and Systems Thinking, Management 3.0, and Mob Programming.
Jack is the editor of “Jack’s Agile Notebook”, an open-source reference of over 1300 slides on lean-agile-leadership open to the community. Jack is a prolific writer of articles and creator of courseware and is the co-author of a paper on mob programming (published by the Scrum Alliance).
As an Agile Trainer
Jack has experience working with large entities such as Cisco, Walmart, Facebook and more in many roles, including scrum master, program management, coach, transformation agent and more. Working with individuals to help facilitate value driven results is one of Jack’s passions and he can do so in and out of the classroom.
Jack works to facilitate seamless collaboration between developers, product owners, leaders and management to focus on customer satisfaction. Jack is able to use agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean & Extreme Programming to create a focused and dedicated development team and deliver high quality products with maximum features in minimum time.
He uses his experience to work with development teams by improving their process and their effectiveness with Agile and Scrum and helps them create continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines allowing organizations to achieve enterprise-wide agility.
