We are Hiring! Operations Intern

ASPE Training is searching for an Operations Intern to provide critical support to the operations manager. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer service calls
  • Enter all orders into an order management system
  • Notify partners of partner-delivered orders
  • Manage student correspondence related to logistics for attending class
  • Send correspondence related to confirmations and invoices for individual public students
  • Enter classes into a talent management system
  • Respond to incoming customer service email requests
  • Support sales and operations with other ad-hoc needs and requests
  • Complete daily public orders, transfers, cancels from resellers into Semtek
  • Send weekly schedule update to resellers
  • Respond to product questions from resellers via email and phone
  • Participate in new reseller onboarding calls
  • Communicate session changes/cancellations to resellers and/or reseller students
  • Assist with reseller onsite logistics
     

Desired Skills/Experience

Pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, major in Operations/Logistics, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.  Experience with planning, budgeting, scheduling, people and process management and operations software use are a big plus.  Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills are required.  Person must be detail orientated and creative. The ideal candidate will be flexible, a “quick-study,” and have a “whatever it takes to succeed attitude”.
