As leaders, we are usually trained in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, right along-side the people we are expected to lead. It is very important that we understand together the benefits, terminology and how to identify waste. What usually doesn’t happen is training for leadership on how to lead in a Lean environment.
This Lean Thinking Workshop is designed for leaders, from the top-level executive to the shop floor supervisor who are leading their teams through the “no finish line” environment of continuous improvement. We cannot lead our teams the same way we did in the past and expect different results.
This workshop will give leaders practical, daily skills in leading, training and most important, coaching teams through the PDCA cycles in their daily work. Learning the benefits of Flow with Kanban and Visual Management, driving desired behaviors with Hoshin and Key Performance Indicators. Then when problems arise, how to use Six Sigma Problem Solving methods and Transactional Process Improvement to troubleshoot and get to a root cause action.
This is a one day workshop and is only available for onsite delivery.
