Beth Hatter

Beth is an accomplished Lean/Agile transformation coach with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. She has led teams and organizations through all stages of transformations, from individual teams looking to improve their delivery to entire organizations looking to improve solutions and maximize results. She has mentored and coached teams in SAFe, Lean/Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban, and helps bridge the gaps between teams and strategic organizational goals. Beth often works as a relationship and team builder and focuses on creating high-performing organizations. She also enjoys coaching executives and leaders through shifting to an agile mindset and leadership patterns to improve organizational agility. Beth has a proven track record of successful Lean/Agile, SAFe transformation of large scale, complex federal government systems and in multiple commercial and nonprofit customers. Beth is an active speaker and conference presenter and has covered various advanced concepts on Agile & SAFe and implementation, challenges, success stories. She has delivered customized lectures and training on Lean, Agile, Scrum, SAFe principles and practices. As a SAFe Program Consultant SPC5and former SPCT Candidate, she has trained over 100 teams and has run multiple classes for all size groups. Her favorite classes to teach include SAFe scrum master and advanced scrum master courses, as well as leadership and ‘coach the coach’ workshops.
