Beth is an accomplished Lean/Agile transformation coach with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. She has led teams and organizations through all stages of transformations, from individual teams looking to improve their delivery to entire organizations looking to improve solutions and maximize results. She has mentored and coached teams in SAFe, Lean/Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban, and helps bridge the gaps between teams and strategic organizational goals. Beth often works as a relationship and team builder and focuses on creating high performing organizations. She has delivered customized lectures and trainings on Lean, Agile, Scrum, SAFe principles and practices. As a SAFe Program Consultant SPC5 and former SPCT Candidate, she has trained over 100 teams and has run multiple classes for all size groups. Her favorite classes to teach include SAFe scrum master and advanced scrum master courses, as well as leadership and ‘coach the coach’ workshops.
- Led the agile center of excellence for a large Federal Government integrator, which included organizing knowledge sharing events, creating artifacts and examples for teams to leverage, providing training and coaching for a 10K+ organization, and creating a learning culture to improve agility across diverse teams and programs.
- As a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5), authorized to teach SAFe certification classes; conducted SAFe certification classes and certified over 700 people SAFe RTE, DevOps, SAFe for Govt., SA, SP, POPM, SSM, SASM certifications as well as custom non-certification courses. Feedback averages 4.5 out of 5 and pass rate is over 90% for those that take an exam.
