Shekhar Agrawal has been a member of the ASPE instructor team since 2015. In that time, he has developed and delivered training programs on enterprise technology practices and emergent technologies to both small and large groups across a range of industries. Shekhar has been a leader on our team in teaching large organizations practical skills and innovative strategies for using technology which is new and/or emergent. Often these technologies have short use case histories and bodies of knowledge which are not well-established. As an early adoption expert, Shekhar excels in teaching teams how to use these tools in a practical context. His workshops and areas of expertise include subjects like DevOps, agility, containers, IT automation, cryptocurrencies, microservices, big data and data science.
In addition to being an effective instructor and technology learning developer, Shekhar has broad, real-world experience in managing data scientists & software engineers; developing and designing agile-based, end-to-end, large-scale software solutions, and integrating solutions for machine learning and natural language processing in large corporate environments. He is an expert in data-oriented technologies and holds a US patent for a data-driven recommendation and personalization application granted in 2016.
Justin Antczak has worked with many users on various Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, Flow, and the Office Suite. He has worked with on-premises and cloud based architectures helping organizations get the most value out of Microsoft’s various tools. He has worked in various IT roles including developing business solutions, administering infrastructure and training users. He has worked on large scale projects and provided consulting for various projects.
Justin has a passion for teaching and helping learners grasp complex topics. He strives to help them develop a deep understanding of the material and apply it in practical scenarios. His experience in the industry has given him insight on how to apply best practices and show users how make the most out of their training. His experience in public speaking and working with a variety of clients have allowed him to communicate with people on many levels.
Tina Arnoldi has worked as a digital marketer through 360 Internet Strategy since 2011. She provides strategic and tactical marketing services to clients with a focus on Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager. She was part of the Google Developer Expert community from 2016 - 2019
Tina is a Certified Sprintmaster and trained at the Google Sprintmaster Academy. She presents on topics such as Design Thinking, Content Marketing and Google Ads.
Elon Bar-Evan has worked as a technical account manager and technical instructor in the DevOps space for the last 8-years. Elon has delivered technical training on Chef configuration management, Test Driven Development using Docker containers and cloud technologies including AWS, Azure and he is a Google Certified instructor.
Having taught enterprise software for 20+ years, Elon believes that to know a technology is to love a technology, and so he works tirelessly to make sure that no DevOps engineer is left behind. With decades of industry experience, Elon has worked extensively in the technology field as a technical trainer and technical account manager.
Mike Beevers, CISSP is ASPE’s lead instructional designer for our information security curriculum. He presides over training, custom course development and content delivery of enterprise security courses. Mr. Beevers is a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor ( CCSI) and Authorized (ISC)2 instructor. Since 1997, Mike has been an Information Systems Security consultant and professional instructor teaching training courses specializing in IT security, advanced TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Internetworking, and Patch Management.
Mike began his information security career in the US Navy, where he worked as an intelligence analyst and provided IT services and support to surveillance and counter-espionage projects. After the Navy, Mike and his partners founded security consulting group Tactical Security, Inc. which creates, evaluates and implements enterprise security policy, practices and procedures as well as conducting enterprise security and vulnerability assessments. Mike has worked with financial services companies, aiding in the creation of enterprise security frameworks, and has enabled companies to comply with regulations and legislation. Mike has worked with state governments to perform vulnerability assessments, and has worked on testing and verifying the security functions of Maryland’s Online Voter Registration System.
Prior to co-founding TSI, Mike provided IT consulting and training services and consulted on the designs and implementations of security architecture, IT infrastructure upgrades and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning for government and enterprise organizations.
Gwen Bettwy, CISSP-ISSAP, ISSMP, SSCP, Security+, is President of Tactical Security, Inc. Tactical Security, Inc. provides content development and knowledge product development services for the creation of Instructor Led Training (ILT), online, e-Learning training, and self-study knowledge products for IT security curriculums and courseware. TSI incorporates instructional design methodology in the creation of knowledge transfer solutions for professional training and certification programs.
Gwen’s career and technical background over 24 years of technical engineering, technical management, and P&L management in the IT field. This experience includes wide area networking technologies such as Frame Relay/X.25, ATM, IP broadband networks, LAN/WAN internetworking, enterprise network management, and IT security. Currently, Gwen is responsible for growing the Development P&L for TSI. These development professional services include: curriculum and courseware design, content development, online, e-Learning conversion, desktop publishing, and quality control for all TSI created curriculums, courseware, and content.
Prior to joining TSI, Gwen was a Cisco Systems Certified Instructor teaching Cisco Internetworking and Security training courses throughout the world. Gwen’s IT consulting experience includes a wide variety of IT technologies and systems/applications. Her expertise is in the design, creation, and program management of large-scale development projects for ILT, online, e-Learning, or self-study knowledge products. Currently, Gwen is an (ISC)2 Certified Instructor and teaches the CISSP and SSCP CBK Review Seminars as well as Cisco System’s Internetworking and Security Training curriculums such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, and CCSP.
