ASPE can help you get the most out of your conference or Professional Development Day. We have experience organizing conferences and partnering with top trade associations in Agile, Business Analysis, Project Management,  DevOps, and SharePoint. Together we will help boost attendance, increase sponsorship, and create a community of your peers. Below are some outlined items of how we can work together.

ASPE Training Provides:
  • Conference facility acquisition and management
  • Registration site and attendee management
  • Pre-drafted options for themes, agendas and speaker topics
  • Sponsor management – Prospecting to day-of sponsor coordination
  • Marketing management including email marketing templates, schedule support and miscellaneous collateral
  • Day-of management – including speaker and sponsor management
  • Budgeting for pre and post event status
  • Assumption of ALL FINANCIAL RISK for the chapter, including but not limited to:
    • All payments required by venue (deposits and post event dues)
    • Ordering and payment for all marketing collateral (programs, bag inserts, etc.)
    • Speaker compensation (if required)
    • Onsite coordinator provided by ASPE
    • Raffle prizes and attendee giveaways
Your Organization will Provide:
  • Regional demographic knowledge
  • Advisement on potential speakers and sponsors
  • Direct marketing to your chapter database – marketing plan provided by ASPE
  • Day-of event volunteers
  • Additional details to be discussed during the planning period

"Before joining with ASPE, our small chapter of only 35 members, supported by 6 board members, delivered our first Business Analysis Professional Day. We felt it was a success with 25 participants held in a large conference room at a local research library.  It really was a good day, but it was a lot of work to find a low cost venue, arrange for snacks and a meal, solicit speakers, arrange their accommodations, advertise, setup, and cleanup. We knew it would be difficult to replicate and grow each year. Our network of available resources was limited and there are only so many favors we can call on for low cost/volunteer speakers, venues, etc.

Enter ASPE…. What they offered us was just what we needed. Someone with time and experience in all facets of delivering a quality Business Analyst Development Day. Our ability to leverage the pool of speakers with whom Kyle has built positive relationships has allowed us to offer a best of class conference to our business community. Our first year had some challenges, but ASPE stayed by our side and we doubled our participation. We recently held our second annual Magic City BADD and it nearly doubled again. We have already scheduled our third annual Magic City BADD 2020 with ASPE and look forward to continued growth.

As a small chapter, we have struggled with the need for sponsors to help fund events, and the need for quality events to entice sponsors. We feel ASPE has provided us a high quality event we can now leverage to help grow our BA community.  We now have a successful event and track record that we can approach potential sponsors, businesses, and  members confident that we have something of value to offer them.  As President of the Birmingham, AL chapter of IIBA, we cannot thank Kyle Anderson and ASPE enough for the value they have added to our members and local BA community."
