“Agile at scale” doesn’t mean what you think it does

We encounter a lot of skepticism about so-called “big agile” from practitioners, but we are also seeing a spike in interest around SAFe and other frameworks for so-called agile at scale. Based on our many engagements with leading innovators and Fortune organizations, we want to share what we’ve learned about how these models fit together well and where they don’t fit so well. During this one-hour roundtable discussion, we opened the floor to your questions and tackled hard issues around organizational agility, including:
-        How does a technology organization accept and deploy faster deliverables from agile teams?
-        How do you fund large cyber-physical initiatives and still stay agile?
-        How do you coordinate and manage multiple agile projects across programs and portfolios?
-        How do you reduce heavy management overhead and empower engineering teams to take ownership of more value delivery?
