Title: Courseware Administrator

ASPE is searching for a courseware administrator to streamline and improve their courseware content. This person will be a self-starter who is able to handle multiple requests while maintaining composure and meeting tight deadlines. The ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner to multiple stakeholders and audiences is crucial. This position is responsible for providing critical support to the product management and operations teams.  We are looking for a persistent, detail-oriented, intelligent and organized person. 


  • Work directly with the product management team and course developers to obtain course content
  • Review content for formatting accuracy
  • Edit, write, attribute and review professionalism of the content
  • Coach course developers in the use of templates to produce original content
  • Review content to ensure accuracy and get course developer approval
  • Manage the courseware repository both in the company shared drive and on the external site specifically for instructors
  • Collaborate with marketing for needs such as updated branding or design needs
  • Liaise with operations team to plan custom courseware or updated materials for upcoming classes
  • Regularly meet with the sales team to verify content needs, specifically custom course creation
  • Work with an offsite printing company to load and proof final product
  • Order print materials or send digital materials for every delivered course
  • Respond in real-time to last-minute student additions
  • Suggest and initiate original ideas to improve courseware standards
  • Create a schedule to ensure deadlines are met
  • Be able to manage time in order to fulfill long-term and last-minute deadlines
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong PowerPoint skills are imperative for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, business, education, or another related field
  • Writing and editing experience
  • One-two years of professional experience
  • Experience with Sharefile, SharePoint, or other content collaboration tools a plus
  • Focused and deadline-driven qualities

  • Written and verbal communication skills
